Return & Exchange Policy(Except for Hampers)

Thank you for shopping at Banarasi Poshak.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product falls under the schemes, giveaways or discounts.
- We don’t provide saree with fall Pico done or Blouse detached.
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect items.
- Please note our products are handwoven and delicate. As the fabrics of each product require very careful handling. Hence, we offer returns and exchanges only in extreme circumstances.
- Your return/exchange request should be sent only by email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your shipment with corresponding images of the defect if any, and an opening video without a pause. (compulsory)
- Banarasi Poshak will initiate the refund process for incorrect or defective products to your bank account (you need to give your bank details)
- The amount for items once bought will not be refunded. You can exchange the product, or we will give you a voucher which can be used to buy another product.Â
- All the pictures are taken in natural light to keep the colour as actual, but colour variation may be due to camera conditions, screen, or photoshoots.
- Product (s) can be exchanged within 24 hours from the delivery date, subject to.
- A customer returning the product unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Banarasi Poshak reserves the right to decide if the product is in the condition for exchange, and such decision of Banarasi Poshak shall be final and binding.

Misplace or Abstraction Of Content
If your product gets misplaced or abstract, in that case:
- You need to provide the opening video of the product, which is in one go without any pause.
- You need to provide a photograph of the product.
- You need to give the content you received in place of the product you ordered. For this, the courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
- In case your product gets misplaced or abstracted, you are eligible for a refund (including shipping) or take another product.
- If customers order a new product instead of the previously ordered one, they can choose the courier service (India Post or a private one). Courier charges have to be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive the content the customer has couriered, we will initiate the refund or exchange product.
